Our Consultation Process
A rigorous scientific approach that protects your confidentiality, keeps case assessment moving, and delivers well-reasoned advisory reports.
Our Consultation Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request and Upload Your File
- Complete the initial consultation request through our secure online portal, whether you are an individual, a lawyer or an organisation.
- Upload medical reports, legal memoranda or relevant court documents through an encrypted system designed to protect confidentiality and data privacy.
- Receive a reference number so you can follow your request.
Step 2: Initial Review and Triage
- Dr. Sameera Al Hammadi and the relevant panel review the file, assess the case and decide whether we can take it on.
- We check that the file is complete, including medical and radiology reports and any earlier expert opinions needed to form a sound view.
- We then contact you with an initial response, the proposed scope of work, the fee and the expected timeframe.
Step 3: Technical and Forensic Analysis
- We re-examine and interpret the physical evidence, autopsy reports, treatment pathways or laboratory results in detail.
- We apply recognised international and local forensic medical standards to establish causes of death, medical error, or disability percentages and physical harm.
- The advisory team holds technical discussions so the assessment is comprehensive and holds up before judicial and official bodies.
Step 4: Issuing the Reasoned Report
- We prepare a complete forensic medical report, reasoned and grounded in the evidence and in scientific and legal principles.
- The final report is delivered to you in encrypted form, with the highest level of security.
- On request, we hold a walkthrough session to explain the findings and key points, to support your submissions or your legal and institutional next steps.
